The Gaza Health Ministry reported that 10 more Palestinians, including two children, have died from famine and malnutrition, bringing the total number of victims of Israel's starvation policy to 313.
Over the past 24 hours, at least 75 Palestinians, including 18 aid seekers, were also killed in Israeli attacks across the Gaza Strip, the ministry said.
Officials in Gaza warned that last month, only 14% of essential food items were allowed into the besieged territory, highlighting the scale of the humanitarian crisis.
"The Israeli occupation authorities continue to commit a systematic starvation crime against the population of the Gaza Strip," Gaza's Government Media Office said in a statement.
The statement also warned the situation is most dire for "children, the sick, and the elderly."
Officials said Israeli forces have closed all border crossings and banned the entry of 430 critical food items, leaving an "86 percent shortfall in aid."
More than 95 percent of Gaza's population has no source of income to buy basic items and foodstuffs available in the markets, the media office said.
"Among the most vital food items that the occupation prohibits from entering the Gaza Strip are eggs, red and white meat, fish, cheese, dairy products, fruits, vegetables, nutritional supplements, and dozens of other items," it added.
The media office held the US, Israel's main backer, accountable for the ongoing genocide in the besieged region.
"We strongly condemn the starvation policy pursued by the Israeli occupation and hold it, along with the US administration and the countries involved in the genocide, fully responsible for this crime and all the serial crimes committed by the occupation."
UNRWA media adviser Adnan Abu Hasna confirmed that the amount of aid entering Gaza had declined and no medical equipment was delivered over the past two weeks.
International bodies and humanitarian organizations say one million children are at the risk of acute malnutrition across the besieged territory. Half a million people in the Gaza City already face famine.
The death toll from Israel's genocidal war on Gaza since October 2023 is nearly 62,900, with around 159,000 others injured.
