OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION: The Musson Industrial Association, along with the Kiev Korolev PO and Smila Orizon, agreed to establish a joint venture in 1994 with the National Space Agency of Ukraine to manufacture GLONASS and NAVSTAR satellite navigation receivers and an INMARSAT station for the CIS market. A German firm, Atlas Electronic, is part of this joint venture. Musson is also cooperating with the French telecommunications firm, Alcatel, to assemble and install small office automatic telephone exchanges and telefaxes.
