Iran, North Korea rebuke US double-standard

Tehran, Dec 15, IRNA -- MP from Tehran Alaeddin Boroujerdi said 
Wednesday the US has adopted double-standard in dealing with 
international issues and has sabotaged Iran`s peaceful nuclear 
program. 
Boroujerdi, in a meeting with North korean ambassador to 
Tehran, rebuked the US pressures and sanctions imposed on North korea 
and underlined the need for cooperation among independent countries to
confront the US interventionist policies. 
Head of Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, 
called for Iran-North Korea cooperation to confront the US policies. 
Boroujerdi also emphasized the need to expand relations in 
all areas namely parliamentary between Iran and Democratic People`s 
Republic of Korea. 
The Korean diplomat Kim Chang Riang said the US, based on a 
well-defined policy, continues to impose pressures on the independent 
countries and adopted double-standard over the civilian nuclear 
programs of other nations. 
He raised the question that if the US was honest about its 
policies, why it has overlooked the dangerous nuclear activities of 
the Israeli regime? 
He called for further mutual cooperation in political and 
parliamentary fields.
