HRH the Crown Prince Welcomes Ceasefire, Discusses De-escalation with Iranian President

Jeddah, June 24, 2025, SPA -- His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, received a phone call today from President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian.
At the outset of the call, HRH the Crown Prince welcomed the ceasefire agreement reached earlier in the day, expressing the Kingdom's hope that it would contribute to restoring security and stability while averting further escalation.
HRH the Crown Prince reaffirmed the Kingdom's firm position in favor of resolving disputes through dialogue and diplomatic channels.
President Pezeshkian expressed appreciation for the Kingdom's condemnation of the Israeli aggression and commended the Crown Prince's efforts to support regional security and stability.
